None have sprouted yet, but I don't have a heat mat, so it usually takes ~ 10 - 14 days to start seeing hooks. Today is day 9 ... not that I'm counting, LOL!

Still have about 40 types of annums that I plan to sow in another week or two. I rent a plot at the community garden, so I can find room for the plants once they go outside, it's the inside space that I'm concerned about. At least one more shelf/table and grow light are needed.

Is the Gochu you have listed Tae-yang Gochu? (used for gochugaru). I am just waiting for some now but missed out this season. How are they fresh?
