Whats causes this?

I just checked the garden after work today and saw that my perfume plant had some weird brown circles on the leaves. I don't think its from water dropplets on the leaves since its the only plant that has it and I haven't watered with the recent rain. Anyone know what it might be? Is it caused by a pest or a virus? How do I treat it?

Hmmph, looks odd, never seen that one before. Agree with Geeme.

And this is right when i would do another fungicide spray down, and keep the leaves as dry as possible because water helps a lot of bacteria & fungus infections spread.

Also watch that you don't spread anything by touch. The stuff usually splashes up from the ground during rainstorms btw, then it latches onto the leaf starting an infection.

I'm not really sure what it is, but I think it's too regular to be bacterial or fungal - I'm really leaning towards thinking they're weird eggs, as there is almost no variety in size or general shape.
