What's this on the leaves?

Can someone tell me what this is on the leaves of my roughly 1½ months old Hungarian Hot Wax?
Looks to me like too much or too little of something.....maybe water/salt or something else?
I don't think these "spots" are insect related.....but i've been wrong before
Plant looks healthy overall.

Could be edema. Caused by over watering.
