3cups Cooked White Beans (these are cold from the fridge)
2cups Basil (equal Curly, Sweet and Thai)
Apple Cider Vinegar 1/8cup
Olive Oil 1/8cup
Honey1 tbls
Rosemary Fresh 2tbsp
Seasoning Mix 1tsp
1 small green yellow Jamaican pepper (using up my unripe ones)
1 small Thai pepper
Blitz till smooth
First taste was like "Kraft Sandwich spread" from 20 years ago (no idea what it tastes like now), so like mayo, then a bean aftertaste.
Left to marinate for supper tonight, using corn chips
