Wild Peppers at Chile Pepper Institute

Hey everyone!

I saw that the Chile Pepper Institute here in Las Cruces, NM is growing wild pepper strains this year in a "small" garden.  Here is a link to their Facebook page and check out the drone video:

If you have any questions, we can get a list and I can send them an email with them all or you can email them yourself.

I'll see if I can get a list of strains as well.

Howdy Tom, quick question for ya, somewhat off topic. Do you do gas chromatography at your labs, and is it the soxhlet extraction you use to prep the samples? Hatch Chile festival arriving soon! Have you tested any of the chiles coming out of Lemitar? Those green chiles taste like wet hay. I hear most of the Hatch Chile farmers are switching over to alfalfa? Thanks in advance, Namaste.
