Wind effect on pollination

What are your experiences with moderate winds effecting pollination of flowers?
 
We've been having anywhere from 15 -27 mph winds that are constant lately. I see my guys out there whipping and fluttering around and I'm wondering does this have an effect on getting the flowers pregnant.
 
I looked the other day and I had three or four peppers that had set. I looked later that night and they were all gone! Boy was I peeved.
 
So what are your experiences with the winds?

I am in the same boat...thinking my chances of crosses is higher this year but I am getting ready to isolate a few plants. I have lost a few dozen set pods due to winds already but it is early for me any way.

i think the wind helps set pods, i also think it increases the chances of crosses

If thats the case, my whole garden is crossed left to right and then left again.   the wind this year already...
