It says they are mixed peppers. Looks to be Fresno, Bulgarian Carrot, and two other ones.

Thanks, I picked up some at Costco here in Boulder.

I have learned that they will not be available this coming year.

Are Bulgarian Carrot available in the US, besides growing my own ?

As far as grocery stores go, you'll find it here and there kinda rarely.

I hate to say it, but in Boulder, CO, you have some good pepper growing weather there. It might behove you to grow a bunch of it.

Might I ask, what you are aiming to do with the peppers?

I make a Greek dip called Chtipiti.

Its roasted red peppers, feta, olive oil and chilis.

I have made it with all kinds of chilis for a few years till I found these Bulgarian Carrots from Windsetfarms.

Now I can not get it !!

I wonder what the white ones are?

I've seen them alot in stores but can't remember what they are. I do know they are unripened though.

I escaped Cleveland in 2002 but got dragged back in 2008. Now trying to fight my way back out of it.

Got my seeds today.

Got them from "Seeds of Change".
