Yellow and sad

need help
 
First time planting peppers. Im doing something wrong. I started with 10 Carolina Reaper seeds, only 5 sprouted and 3 of the 5 have mutiple plants in the pod. Not sure how that works but im sure i only had 1 seed in there.
 
Im watering from the bottom and currently have the plants under (2) 6500 T12 bulbs. Last couple of days i noticed a yellowing to all my plants. What an i doing wrong?

Your soil looks very soggy. Cut back on the watering until the soil almost dries out. How large are the containers?
