Yellow Sauce - HOT!

Harvested the last of the ripe habanero pods from my outdoor plants. The plants are now dead due to the first frost, but weather has been all over good and in the +15 in the daytime. Made a new sauce with loads of honey, 800gram Habanero, 10 large yellow Bhut, fresh agave, mango, papaya, lime, apple vinegar, stevia, orange juice and it came out sweet, fruity and REAL hot! Im used to super hots, but this one really kicked some b"#%%....

The size of the habaneros was decent, pretty large for Norway!!!

Thank you! Tasted the sauce now when it had chilled down. The honey has made a caramelized flavor to it. Its fruity and sweet and in seconds the heat comes in the back of the throat. I really liked the outcome on that one. Cant wait to glaze some chicken breast
