Chocolate Trin Scorpion Hot Sauce???

Has anybody found a good hot sauce use for the Choc. Trin. Scorpion?
This spring i bought a "Bhut x ???" that turned out to be a CTScorp. I'm looking for something to do with this last batch of pods. I've already dried out a bunch for powder/flake as well as frozen a bagfull.
Any positive input is welcomed! Thanks
 
Lol. I was literally, just now standing here scratching my head & looking at a cookie sheet full of ghost,ts red morugas, reapers, red 7pj's, banana's & a lonely aji rojo... Trying to put off the sorting, deseeding, labelling, drying,etc..
I wound up doing just that with the TSChocolates.. As well as a bag of reapers, a little bag of jigsaws and a little bag of Choc Naga Morichs..
I've never done a ferment. I don't know squat about them but I'm a little inimidated by the thought of making one. All the other crazy detail oriented things I do daily, but ferments? *shudder*
 
I thought the same thing until I tried it. With help from JamesN and fermenting 101 blog I took a chance. I was so worried that I'd mess up a big batch of peppers. Had a big problem with rain this season lost a lot of peppers. But turned out fantastic. If you decide to try pm me ill send you my process step by step. Give all credit to JamesN and the great folks at the. :)
 
I like chocolate supers smoked and then processed out,smoking off sets what many call the "floral" and they
taste good with the right fruit woods in smoke processing
