Little update. Didn't get around to posting the shoulder money shots.

First pull. Pretty nice color. Shoulder bone slid right out.

Pulled goodness.

And my sammich from earlier. Pepper jack cheese, pickles, BBQs sauce, and a little Moruga madness hot sauce. Yum.

Just some simple beef ribs for my little bbq entry, spent there time in the old weber kettle, snake method, yellow box and cherry wood, some meatchurch rub. Perfect. Crappy iPhone pics, the sun goes down way to early at the moment
