Great list!  I hope to add pubescens to my grow list next year.  I'll be looking forward to seeing your progress so I can find out which one to add to my "garden".

There's loads of interesting things!
I wanted too to grow Giant Mexican Rocoto but probably it's not a good place here so i went with Locato because they should be among the easisest to grow and being the first time with pubescens i wanted to avoid a sure failure.
 
May I please ask how you germinate your pubes?
 
I tried it in wet paper towels, and more often than not ended up with helmet heads. The seed cover seems very hard.
 
Would soaking them in water for 24 hours help?
 
Do you put them directly in the soil?
 
Pubes are difficult...and I'm confused.

Those Tropical Orange are awkward to germinate. Good work.
