Donut Burgers

Today we put "The Beast" and "The Black Bitch" to work. Looking at the BBQ Pit Boys site I found these Donut Burgers. They looked damned good so I whipped some up. I used some 80/20 hamburger and my three go to veggies, Red Bell pepper , Onion, and Mushrooms. I also used a mixture of Swiss and Provolone cheese. I mixed in some super hot pepper powder ( not sure what it was) into the burger. Anyways it was one awesome burgers. Nice and juicy.

I like to be liking ever 'thang up'til the SBR's and tartar sauce pic.

Tartar sauce by itself might be okay as its more or less mayo and picquant(pickles).

I hate to say it but one of my favorite all time burgers was a Dick's Double Deluxe.

With mayo and pickles.

And they didn't hold back on the mayo...

Why do you hate to say it, what's wrong with mayo and pickles?

Because Dick's is a guilty pleasure for all Seattleites. No frills, no gimmicks and most importantly, no freezers. It's all fresh. Just don't expect a 482 item menu with 125 different ingredients like Red Robin. They only have 4 items on their menu (excluding shakes, beverages and fries).

mmmmmmmmmmmm Dick's
