beer Being Crafty

I hear you man. I'm "this close" to going up to Treehouse in Mass. (my first time) tomorrow morning for a can run. I didn't realize they're only an hour from here. They open at noon, so I'll still get home in enough time to get the kids from school. My wife is gonna slap the shit outta me when she sees the bill for that, haha  (I've gotta start carrying cash more, haha)

I'm still on the fence, but I'm a glutton for punishment.....

Ok, *NEWB ALERT* question:
(never been to a brewery for 'take home' beer before)

http://treehousebrew.com/on-tap/

This ^ (last updated today at 12:38 EST) This doesn't mean that "Alter Ego" is the ONLY beer they'll have in cans tomorrow, does it? Limit is 12 cans per person for that beer (per day). I've had it before, and it's a great beer, but I'll be damned if I drive an hour to wait in line for a 12 pack. Think they're just advertising that because it's something they haven't had in a while? Or........?

Thoughts?
Help a newbie out ;)

Think 12 is all you'll be able to bring home. It also says they're currently not filling growlers, so that's not even an option. Just grab a Coors light and stay home this time
