Picked up these Manzanos yesterday and only used one for salsa but not sure what to do with the rest. Isn't exactly my favorite pepper but I would hate to let them go to waste. Any Ideas?

Stuff with seasoned beef and tomato for moisture, bake or wrap and grill (top rack of low fire or offset), then cheese on top, broil or grill uncovered, serve on a bed of rice, and ladle sauce over it all (some kinda pepper sauce).

Rice noodle, egg and Chicken stir fry. Recipe courtesy of Gordon Ramsey. My wife and daughter enjoyed it so much I will probably make this again. Noodles dried out a bit because I forgot to put oil after draining but overall a success.
