Mpicante's Ramirez Stingers hooked up today. So these rocoto seeds are a lethargic germinator? I'd sure love to talk them out of the ground.

Meanwhile, my guard dog continues to man his post.

An aerial view, note the new hooklets, things are filling up!

The one out of sync pellet is an aji lightning bolt introduced by Benpiela via Geonerd....it only took to dirt a few days ago...

Ajo oro, mini rocoto rojo and one of the rocoto amarillos. I'm stoked, and now I expect more.

Hey Matt, all the P Dreadies but one germed, and I'm still confident of that last one!

So my Bingo card is almost filled. Found a couple more new ones this morning. JHP's 7pod Bubblegums are being hardnosed.

Most pellets only got three seeds, with a few exceptions, like the ones showing four Xs (wow, what is the correct way to say "ex's"?). I think Mr. Joyner's pellet got six.

Stay tuned...

Yeah Scott, I'm really pleased. Another thing, I realized this morning: Not one helmet in the lot.

How are the Amarillos faring this week?

Oh yeah, an update on the ammies...

I'm bringing more of them upstairs, we're up to 12.25 hours of natural sunlight, I know that ain't much to a lot of you, but these guys need to get used to real sunlight, and the shorter days (as opposed to 16 hours downstairs) might help them keep from getting too boisterous before I can start putting them out.

But the three originals are still flowering and podding, though the foliage may appear sparse...

They get water perhaps once every couple weeks with a dram of CNS17. Solid7 has inspired me to do a bucket grow in smaller pots with a regimen of CNS17 and controlled direct sunlight. I have a south-facing overhang that will facilitate this.

OH! And I have an aji white lightning bolt hooking this morning!

It is time, the big girls are all upstairs, getting used to real sunlight, and the babies have been sent down for a time to soak up 16 hrs./day of the fake stuff.

Can't elaborate, taking The Darlin' Bride to a restaurant I can't afford...27 years, boys & girls, and we still spoon.....

Alas, spooning all too often leads to forking.....
