Review

Since the goal was to achieve an American Chinese fast food style, simple easy to grab ingredients is whats on the menu. The chicken tossed in corn starch allows for it to hold a nice crisp while the sauce adheres to the pieces. The sauce is spicy and sweet, the bell pepper adds a nice flavor to the whole dish and the added chiles give it the extra kick needed. (was very tempted to try something hotter but didn't feel like pushing it).

Looks the right amount of sticky/crisp... final post details?
