I have a bottle of this i got over 15 years ago and never opened.

It probably would be killer on cucumbers and onions. :D
 
Im still searching for a reasonable price on Heng Shun 6yr Chinese black vinegar. Even with my market selection its pretty much impossible to find anything better than the Gold Plum yellow label 3yr which is still pretty good. Good black vinegar is KILLER for dumpling sauce and on sichuan type noodle dishes!!! The cheap stuff made in Taiwan does not begin to compare to it.
