Didnt see a "Salad" thread except one for recipes in cooking with fire so figured it did not match, Il let the Mod figure it out.

So in General terms;

 

 

Mixed Greens, sauce is a Hummus/Tomato Salsa (spicy)/ Spinach Dill Dipp with Cashew nuts.

I like apple in mine with goat cheese, smoked pecans, dried cherries and maple mustard dressing.

The spoils of gardening... No one in town had a fresher salad tonight. Topped it with some sesame crunchies, gold raisins, sunflower seeds and peppadews.

lol, I used to like Honey mustard, should see about making some ;)

Dijon vinaigrette is about my fave dressing for most salads...

I like that rabbit food too!
I typically only use Garlic Expressions Classic Vinaigrette or Marzetti Utimate Bleu Cheese. Depends on the ingredients in the salad.
For this one I added bleu cheese crumbles and the vinaigrette.

Ken's makes a great dressing when you can't find time to make your own.  We've been kicking salads out 2 or 3 x a week since the new year, I'll be posting here soon!
