Spinach Salad;
Spinach, red Bell, carrot, English cucumber, Parmesan shreds, Feta and Blue cheese crumbles, forgot to make croutons, so went with; crunchy baked corn tortilla strips, then dusted it all with my smoked ripe Serrano pow and sauced with Skulburner Scarlet Pain sauce, and Parmesan ranch dressing.

Starter Horiatiki salad at a greek place we tried for first time after a day of winery touring in Niagara . Very good although I think our local Greek place is better.

Naw cause this is what came after it.
1 ft square platter with pork and chicken souvlaki, gyro meat, sausage , fried shrimp, calamari, rice. Not pictured was a bowl of tzasiki and plate of lemon roasted potatoes.

My wife charmed the owner so much by being excited that they had galaktobureko that he ended up giving our table a piece on the house. He even asked if she was Greek because of the questions and knowledge she had about Greek food.

layer 4 Cheeses

layer 5 black Beans

layer 6 Spanish Rice

layer 7 more Cheese

layer 8 Toppings include tomato, red onion, more sliced manzano, black olives, and sour creme
