This will be great! Is this going to be a full hydro grow? Either way very excited to see and particularly excited about the Orange Bhut Jolokia.

Good luck!

Thanks, no it wont be full hydro. I typically start seeds in it because the germ rate was near 90% and the plants survive transfer with way more ease. I will start them in it until maybe 4-5 inches tall then I have a grow box up on top the fridge cab with 2- 1000 lumen CFLs lined with aluminum foil. When they go up there they get half the roots in hydro solution and other half in soil, cups are clear so its kinda cool to see the roots swirl the soil. Once at about 10-12 inches tall with lots of soil roots, outside transplant and really no shock. I like hydro but there is a taste difference and there just isnt enough room in my 1038sq ft house 😏

As for the orange Bhut, Im pretty stoked myself to see how it is 🤟😃

Hey you fixed those pics atta boy...when I took a look yest my neck got alittle sore

I miss using my Aero Gardens.I have 2 of them..the really old 3 slotter and the 6 slot model which cant use the adapters I dont think that you can get to use the CFLs/Leds. I spose I could just take the hood off and use any old suspended lights on it but the thing that really chaps my buttocks was the cost of buying new plugs and net pots.

Now you can find all sorts of things that will work with them.

Haha sorry, I saw the pics and have to turn my phone to one side or the other depending on how THP is feeling that day, its the wildest thing lol.

The plugs and such are expensive, I bought rapid rooter plugs and I cut them into 3s and they fit right into my Aerogarden seed starter slots. I saw Pauls post with the reflective slats hanging and I took a cereal box and lined it with glued aluminum foil then cut into slats that Ill tape to the aerogarden. For the net pots they gave me 6 samples of herbs and I took the plugs out and used just the White net pot things.
. Im sort of Mcgyver lol

Intrested in your areogarden, I just got the harvest model and did what you are doing using the rapid rooter plugs. My seeds in the tray are already popping up, but the Areogarden is taking its sweet time.
I just used the Nutrients they sent with the kit.94a5ef2bd3424aa423a8167c25404c2a.jpga608ae5c0c5be199b0bd0385c7e19703.jpg
