Actually, that is a T-Bone. I swear it is a Porterhouse too but those damn Amish folks sure can butcher some meat! Grill is at 700, no oven in site!

Perhaps this is anecdotal, but it seems to me that Porterhouse steaks are typically cut thicker than when they package it in thin section as a T-Bone ...
