  • I plantedone of the largest bamboos in the world, Dendrocalamus giganteus, as a screen on the side of our property. Massive bamoo!
    getting the gardens ready, been buying ingredients for the soil by the dump truck, sometimes only half a truck, but its the only way to go when you need quantity

    Yeah, Florida is notorious for poor minerally deficient soil. Its most sand with a very small amount of organic matter in it, at least in most places. Some areas do have decent soil, but nothing special.

    I have been thinking on growing some nice big peter peppers for the nosy hoa members....what da ya think? I want it right on the border behind my back door. Just right there, I will try not to pick them.
    I have some Indian friends who happen to be my neighbors and I let them have some of my newest superhot sauce. Their reaction was priceless! They loved it, but could not get over how utterly hot it is. I guess the Chocolate Brainstrain powder I added during fermentation must have pushed it that extra mile. Hottest damn sauce I ever made.

    Uh, not that I am an expert in hot/superhot sauces! But that one was real kick! Some people just sniffed the bottle, but no one dare to ate! :)
    Gave some Chocolate Habanero Mango sauce to someone and they thought it was quite hot! Now he wants to trythe hottest sauce I make.. Muhahaha you don't know what your asking for chief!
