    They have some cool stuff.
Peppers bring the world together. It is so nice to be able to meet people from around the world and have us all get along for the most part.

I have 3 healthy but very slow growing Jobito plants already from the first seeds I got.
I hope to get at least one of each type to produce so I can save seeds.
If and when I get pods from these Salty I plan to send you some.

What kind of person thinks it is in anyway right to poison a harmless neighborhood cat? Sometimes I hate people!

People are assholes. There was a guy down the street here that was intentionally putting poison on the parkway (city property) because he didn't want dogs to do their business there. The man told me straight to my face not to let my dog walk on his grass because he put poison on it, but other neighbors didn't get he verbal warning. many dogs fell ill and my next door neighbor's 6 mo old puppy died. It wasn't until the neighbors filed a lawsuit that he put signs up saying ke...

keep off grass, no warnings about poison. my neighbors ended up moving so i don't know the outcome of the lawsuit and the property was sold, so I haven't seen the man around in a while but still don't let my dogs on that side of the street.

It was most heartbreaking because we had finally gotten him to where we could hold him long enough that we thought we could take him in and get him fixed.
We were going to add him to our household today when our move was finished.
It hurts, but there will always be another stray that needs our help.
I have run out of room on my shelves . Guess this means a shopping trip for a new set!

    How long did they take?

The first one that came up with just a soak and soil was about 10 days.
I started the batch with these last two around the 7th.
I do have another batch on towels that I started on the 24th and most of them, including the other types from Lindberg are looking like they will go this time. Nice and swelled, good color and looking like the other seeds started at the same time.
I am hopeful, but not going to hold my breath yet.
Do I really want to add 2 thai and count dracula to my grow this year?
    Topsmoke
    Topsmoke
my experience with the dracula was it was very cool looking but less productive than a normal jalapeno and the flavor wasnt special in anyway

Yeh the only reason I would grow it would be for the ornamental factor.

YES on the Thai's! Very versatile- excellent for eating fresh... take nibbles while tending your plants or while eating a meal, perfect for drying & making powders, etc.. Great visual aesthetic/ornamental appeal too! Thai's are a win!
About to start my main group of seeds. I have gotten the list to 26 plus the three alreasy young plants started in Dec. And my over winters.

I have been blessed with wonderful people sending me and trading me seeds that I want to try.
I just look at how many super hot peppers can I really use. I hope to use this year as a trial and find some varieties I really like to grow again in the future.
