  Personally I prefer the Rochefort 8 over the 10 and 6, but your mileage may vary.  Chimay has been around a long time, it was suggested to me way back in 1991 along with Anchor Steam.  ("craft beer" wasn't really around back then... these are great times to love beer)

  The shop I work at doesn't have anything to stamp it with, and a custom branding iron is a couple of hundred bucks so that ain't happening.  Wife works in printing though so she should be able to smuggle out some labels for me.

Two new (to me) beers tried last weekend.   Another La Cumbre which was pretty tasty followed by a Deschutes IPA which was also pretty good but I preferred the previous "Chasin' Freshies" series better.
