I still think it is a bug i will try a fungicide and see what happens. I'm going to go check for bugs again in the morning because the damage is happening at night.

No caterpillars but I did have a bug on the plant, looked a bit like a lighting bug though it had yellow stripes running down its back.

something doesn't look right to me the leafs are starting to curl could this be a Magnesium deficiency or maybe under or over feeding
