    You're right Elcap. That is a migraine in the making trying to read that add. I wonder if it is the appropriate use of the "report" button if we report the add for being so badly written that it induces migraines. Think the boss man will agree?

    One way to find out lol! I'm reasonably sure that the boss man tolerates Dale at best, but even he has to be shaking his head at the things Dale's said and done, even though he can't always say it.

    10 day forecast calls for the lows in mid 40s. Big plants go outside on the deck for a while and I can reclaim my family room.

    Yep, same recipe. Only change was to not add as much Worcestershire and beer, but we did opt for a little Tony's creole seasoning right before we served it. A couple of us felt like it needed it.

    Nice tip on the potatoes. The cauliflower soaked up so much flavor, I bet the potatoes will too if they are sliced.

    Hmmmm.... shrimp is a better alternative, IMO. You kinda need that seafood fat to round out the dish. But that recipe should work fine for either. It's VERY close to my etouffee. Mine just doesn't have beer of worchestershire.
