Put your green pods in a brown paper bag with a ripe banana and an apple. Close the bag with a clip and leave it. Rotate the bag once or twice a day to move the peppers around. Check after 4 of 5 days for ripe peppers. Also check to make sure your banana has not gone bad. Hope this trick works...

Here's the modified version of the recipe that uses powder pectin instead of liquid pectin.   

That's some good looking jelly.So,did it set?Did you try it? It did and it taste great!! I'd definitely recommend this recipe.

So I used sirex's trusty link and learned how to substitute powder pectin for liquid pectin. I ended up getting four 125ml (4 oz) jars out of it. I'm just waiting for it to set. Can't wait to try it. Thanks FIremanSmith!
