one of streators very own has set another new record ( GENE MCMULLEN ) in town just broke the record for largest pumpkin in north america ! weighed in at a little over 2000 lbs.
plants trimmed up,down and around , for the final push to ripen .
biggest Biggest and best cruise night in the state tonight ! lots of old & super up cars , 50' s / 60's music . bands , food courts you name it town rumbles !
ah yes , the start of 5 days off ! just coffee and pods today !
3 work days , then 5 off ! ooh yeah !
summers winding down and the plants are giving it one last push !
damn ! tornado spotted a few miles north of me in town , and 1 spotted 15 miles to the south . not good !
