    I haven't followed ammo prices since I hurt my shoulder late 2012 and couldn't do any shooting for awhile, but what's with the price increase on this stuff? I do remember seeing a box of Remington Golden Value Pack 525 cartridges for $20 or so at the Academy near me about a month ago.

    I'm on the beer diet.
    Basically you can eat whatever you want and when you want. Wash it down with beer and its all good.
    So far it's working great!

    It's actually not that bad. Just low carb and no processed crap. I do miss the carbs sometimes though.

    Carbs are not bad for you. It's the simple, processed carbs that are a no no. It's a marketing ploy to say that cutting carbs will help you lose weight. If you fit them into a balanced diet and have a set caloric intake, you will still lose weight... Shit, you don't even need to eat healthy go lose weight so long as you have a calorie deficet less what you burn in a day (although I never recommend it lol)
