    yep, I know. That's kinda what I was going for this time around. Just wanted to do a "tabasco style" sauce. I'll wait until my bhuts and scotch bonnets start producing to make a full bodied sauce.

    I won't lie... I delegated authority and left early today (left at 5 pm) so I could get home and have some family time.... I like the extra hours.... but family time still rules all.
