    Hehehe. 5 2 TB internal drives, a whole shelf full of spares, couldn't count the amount of flash storage, and 100 DVD's/Blue ray disks in a carousel. No RAID setup, so I can go from fresh drive to fully restored (less whatever I haven't backed up---Including programs and updates---in less than a lazy day.

    I would use tarsnap for secure backing up if that was how I rolled ... these days I mostly just embrace data loss \m/

    And the back's actually doing MUCH better! The pulled muscle has eased up tons. The muscle relaxers the doc gave me helped me et a couple of good nights of rest. Just what the doctor ordered. I'm not walking around hunched over like an old man anymore. I'm gonna get some early sleep tonight, and maybe I'll devote tomorrow to some Call Of DUty time on the XBox... or maybe I'll crank up the amp and play some guitar. You know..... the stuff I don't get to do when Alli...

    lol. glad you recovered! I don't play often. I used to get online and play with my dad and brothers in law all the time, but they got hooked on battlefield and I backed out. Now I just play the campaigns every now and then. Can't wait to check out Ghosts when it comes out in November! Look me up on the box sometime if you want. User name is Buzz Munkey

    Well, my plan WAS to drink until my back didn't hurt anymore..... that sht ain't working. I need to sleep. Thank God I have a Dr.'s apperntment in the a.m.

    Sorry to hear about that. I can't take naproxen and most muscle relaxers, so good on ya. I did physical therapy until the pain stopped, and now continue the exercises to stop it from hurting again. Good stuff, that PT, for a lot of back pains.

    Thanks Geeme. And I think what you said is really the crux of the situation. I don't get enough exercise. My back has been starting to hurt after standing for too long in the past few months. An injury was bound to happen. Weak back muscles ripe for a good back strain. I do indeed need PT. Best of luck to you in your preventive care.

    Night and day difference. Went from knife-like-slicing sensation running down the legs to no pain at all, as long as I do the exercises on a regular basis. Two things you can start on your own: stomach crunches and "backwards" crunches. Yes, lay face down, then raise the torso up and down.

    Bradly smokey chicken was a complete failure yesterday, so I'm gonna have a.do-over on the trusty, triied and true char-griller offset smoker today.

    So, I called my parents a little while ago to see what they had planned for Mother's day.... they said they were having a bbq, my brother and sister are going over.... and nobody called me to let me know. Am I wrong to be hurt by that?

    Turns out my sister isn't going. They're going to be with my bro in law's parents, so it's just my brother going. Wasn't a big family thing planned and they figured we'd be with Allison's mom anyway, which we will, so they didn't plan a family thing, hence the lack of an invite
