I wonder if ripening them off the plant makes any difference to the seed viability? I have had no issues germinating my pequins with ripe pods right off the plant.

Just a thought - most of those shown in the photo are still green and the seeds would not yet be ripe. Are you using seeds from fully ripe pods?

I had one come up and have now put most of the rest of the seeds down as well. Will have to check how the first arrival is doing....might be time to pot up. Two of my winter grow seedlings have decided to start flowering already! Hope the Nagas take off like this as well.

I have had a few others up and going that were put in Jiffy's the same day as the Dorset Naga's...no hooks on the Naga yet though....and i am also away for the next couple of days.

Hope i get three to pop so i can try one in aeroponics , one in soil  and one in hydroponics. That should be an interesting comparison.
