    Aw babe, I had one of those days too. I had to go out shopping at the hardware store just so we have a chance of passing our audit this month when we should order through the right channels at work and I had shit loads of work to do anyway, worked overtime last night too thanks to us having a night porter who's been trained for two minutes. I take it Jeff does the same job as you? I won't shoot ya, I could never shoot you.

    Ain't pot holes crap? I mean I'm driving illegally anyway with my eyesight right now and all I do is look at the tarmac to avoid holes, not the traffic, cars just come and go, probably wouldn't even see them though lol. I should get my glasses soon anyway.

    I don't wanna stay home.The problem is with all this rain you don't know what's lurking underneath the puddles. I was convinced I'd busted my tyre last week after going down a pot hole the size of a black hole and almost ending up on a missing persons list.

    Yeah that would be good but then again it would be even nicer if I could just drive. I'm pot-hole obsessed at the moment, I hit one last saturday and it really shocked me, they're all over the place over here. Con's seen two cars in the last week have a burst tyre on his way to catch the bus. Some of the holes are 12 inches wide and half that deep.

    I was thinking about building an ark. I mean I work less than 100m away from the river that would go into Yalding, maybe I could hitchhike on a boat, a slow journey though, I'll make sure I pick a speedboat, not much good though with the amount of locks on the way.

    I'm working tomorrow night and then out on Sunday with friends depending on the river in the village, I'm meant to have a meeting at work though but I kinda got the arse about having to do a meeting on sunday on my day off when they've also planned one for the next sunday on my day off. But if I can't get out for this sunday because of flooding I'll go to work for the meeting as it's a different direction to travel, a more waterless one.

    I got to the stage where I didn't care if they had shocking pink. I saw the river in the village when I went shopping and it's about to go over with all the rain we've had, it has been over at some point in the last few days as the fields around have lakes on them. I prefer snow to flooding.
