Took 1st place in a large, regional faire in two categories: Hot Sauce (1st) and BBQ Sauce (1st) - with Cinder Habanero small-batch and South Carolina style Mustard & Vinegar BBQ! This is a red letter day!
Already in 1 week I have accomplished more, and understand more with Endorphin Farms than I have on my own in over a year. Amazing... and I'm not even that far along with them yet! Can't wait.
Well. Here I am again, 1 year later. Still in the same boat. Perhaps I'll just use a co-packer, because this CT food industry BS is for the birds. They clearly do NOT want small businesses to start here.
