    I have some peppers to ferment! Dorset Nagas, Habaneros: red and yellow (or orange?), some Cayennes, Jalapenos, Fresno, Ramiro and Bell. I did some jars already with those all mixed together, knowing it will be maybe not so ideal and now time came to consider being little more thoughtful...

    Ok, Dancing Italia FV And few others, I apparently forgot... Abundance of Ramiros and one Jalapeno. Two Ramiros on the plant are really... squeezable, I think they are rotten inside but outsides are still not as dark as those I harvested... I will wait few days and see what will happen...

    1340g of mixed peppers went today into 5 different sized jars. I'm having problems with burping big jar, it's so explody. I used an eggplant to keep everything under the brine but it was eaten already today. I'm proud of my heroic brine!

    Day after that jar I did avoid going there to not pick anything and today... That bowl full had almost 2kg of peppers harvested from few weeks of time, and today it's almost full again after two days. :onfire: :dance::fireball::flamethrower::fire:

    Ah, and I tasted the Peaches and I really like them. 🥰 Habaneros did smell kinda soapy and Dorset Nagas... metalic? I don't know, that was the word in my mind every time I smelled them. I always try to use some of old brine or mix some from other current ferments to make that bacteria...
