It looks good to me! Not too tall yet and the stem looks solid, not weak or spindly. Even if it were 4 cm, that's minimal relative to the height of the mature plant, so over time a little early stretch (not that I think this one's stretching) essentially disappears.

Nice! It's always fun when the sprouts start sprouting. Aji Guyana aren't slow to germinate in my experience. No reason to think it isn't what it's supposed to be based on that. My current one took 8 days, but I've had them sprout faster.

To me, that looks more like burn than one of the leaf spots. I'd suspect it to be nutrient related based on it being interveinal and marginal.
