Really sorry to hear that but can understand. I've got 280 pepper plants growing & have neglected the rest of my garden to baby the peppers. My 60 tomato plants are in bad shape. I hope you change your mind & continue at some level. Your crosses are beauties.

    I'll separate them tomorrow by color & heat level, but not really variety. I'll freeze some for sauces later. I'll also smoke, dehydrate & grind most them. How much powder will that be though?? ...pickle jalapenos & serranos... ...give some away to friends... any other ideas?

Picked about half of the ripe ones today. Easily 1,000. Will pick the other half tomorrow. Now I have a wheelbarrow of peppers in my kitchen. That's normal, right? Someone's going to be busy in the next few days.
