If you let win10 auto install itself, then Microsoft has the ability to activate the microphone and such if/when they feel it becomes necessary. If you install it manually you can deselect that option.
The best defense other than not being on the internet is to not click anything that you don't absolutely need. No going on sketchy websites, don't type too many personal things into places, and so on. When combined with that, the programs you have should be enough. I haven't gotten anything at...
I hate this bullshit. Every time I bring peppers to school I get asked about "Could you die from this?"
The answer is usually "No, but you might if you keep asking if they're dangerous after I've already said no several times."
For me at least there's a pretty big gap between it being painful and it just looking odd, so most of the time it doesn't bother me. Although I didn't know you could lose fingers from it, so maybe I should be more careful. My hands don't turn white unless things are really bad, but purple and...

My Nepenthes aren't that big yet. Maxima hit full sized leaves about five months ago, but hasn't grown enough to be considered large since then. Pitchers are about nine inches tall with another three or four for the top part.
It's one chemical that produces polyploids. The other is easier but more toxic. It works when you apply it in diluted form to either a whole seed or cell culture as long as the plant absorbs it.
I have a shitload of oryzalin leftover from my polyploidy experiments. I could get you fertile hexaploids from a triploid one of these. The only problem is getting the seeds in the first place.
