Well, i used it with some ground beef and cooked down with flour etc and stuff with dough for awesome pot pies, and marinate skirt steak and chicken with it for days. Cooking up some ribs tomorrow to test as well.
After experimenting with quite a few recipes, this one stands out; sans chutneys.
