      To each their own but a pepper stem adds a very unwanted grass flavor to me and I have a little experience ;)    As for tomatoes and their stems, no thanks - my homemade sauces are perfect without them but I do have other secrets

    I'd need 10,000,000 of those for a season hahahah   For powder I like the dual lids, shake/pour     So many option out there but I vote always store in glass!

    Yeah I have stuff that old but did not make same in 2017 so can't compare. Even the smoked stuff holds on amazing!   I opened some Korean Flakes last week and they were all molded, made by 'Season with Spice'

    Agreed, I have some stash powder from 2013 that is like the 2017....most could never tell.
