I still have some aji peppers that are ripening and my satsuma mandarins are ripening now. Trimming all my peach, nectarine and plum trees. 

CI pizza is great. Thats what started me making homemade pizza and adventually went to a ceramic kamado grill for pizzas instead of my oven. The CI can take the high heat 800-1000* in the kamado.  :)

I'm roasting my best coffee ever now and its as good if not better than the best roasting houses I've tried such as Temple. The Behmor 1600 plus is no joke and takes your coffee to the next level. All those nuances that are described on your green coffee come alive roasting in the behmor.

Logical fallacy as the correct comparison would be to extract the juice from peppers so its 100% pepper juice like the orange juice.    Hot sauce is not a comparison to orange juice. Pepper extract is the correct comparison to 100% orange juice. :)   FYI many who have posted here are in the hot...

I have the freshroast SR500 but I find it roasts to fast for me so I bought the Nesco coffee roaster which takes 15 minutes to city roast instead of 5-6 minutes on the SR500. The Nesco also has an agitator besides the heat to mix the beans so they do not scorch at the beginning of the roast...

100* weather making sure everything gets enough water. My overwintered Bitdumis Rocoto is throwing out lots of ripe peppers right now as well as my Carribean Red. Both are loaded with ripe peppers. More heirloom tomatoes than we can eat so giving lots of them away( 20 plants ) next year cutting...
