Came home to find a truly outstanding box of peppers from my friend Randy.  Can't thank you enough my friend!  Be assured that some of these will be transformed and will eventually make it back to their Iowa home.  Thanks again - pepper people really are the best!

In anticipation of the Bears beating the Eagles tonight, I made a version of a Philly cheesesteak sandwich.  Not too spicy . . . used 1 red Jalapeno so I figure that it qualifies.  One of the better sandwiches that I've made.   Onions Garlic Red Bell Pepper Red Jalapeno Provolone cheese Hoagie...

I almost always freeze them 1st . . . gives me the chance to get sufficient quantities to dehydrate.

I am at a loss for words.  Received a MFRB loaded with fresh pods from my friend and master grower randyp.  All I can say is "wow" and that Randy's generosity blows me away.  Thanks again my friend, I really appreciate it.  Pepper People truly are the best.
