True Ashen. I have been taking milk thistle every day to protect the liver and if I drink a six pack then I don't use acetaminophen or Ibuprofen.

My heart goes out to you cmpman. That really sucks. Have you tried the MacKenzie method of stretching?

I've been using Advil (Ibuprofen) but it doesn't do much. I've been relieving the pain with a six pack of IPAs the last few weeks and it's really the only thing that helps. So I am damaging my liver to relieve pain. It's a damned if you do, damned if you don't situation.

Anyone else here sufferering from this horrible condition? It's been pain 24/7 for at least three weeks here. Lost my job and medical insurance in October so I'm doing the best I can.
