It's a better fungicide than an insecticide I am told. What did you buy it for? I put neem cake in my soil to help with any bug problems but have never had a need for it foliar. Also, all neem products from most big name stores are going to be sub-par. The only really good neem comes from India...

This arrived today in the mail so I can experiment with FPE's or an ACT. Got tired of those three cheap pumps from Walmart. This one was about the same price as those three and is far better in every respect. A little over $41 delivered.  

No way you can get compost from anywhere cheap or maybe even free Jeff? Any manures? The more compost you get into that clay the better. I know all about clay as that is all we have here as well.
