That's what happened to me the 1st few reviews. Don't get me wrong OP - I've enjoyed your reviews and I think you do a fine job describing the flavor and sometimes food pairings. But yeah, like THP said, many here will simply skim and see a big bold "4/10" and assume it's a crappy sauce...

Have you considered rating the flavor?          I like your reviews, but the heat-rating only is a let down for folks who care more about taste.  :cheers:

SL is (partly) correct - I get to correct the corrector! :woohoo:   so it's an either/or.  I believe the 100K units a year # is accurate (might be 150K), but there's also a dollar threshold, like "either 100K units sold or $250,000 in gross sales" or something like that. The Google can help you...
