    Windchicken 2014

birds have no olfactory sense, and no discernable sense of taste, so they don't really notice the heat. If you hang CDs or other shiny objects on monofilament line from trees or wherever they scare the birds away. When I lived in New Mexico, I had a pair of damn woodpeckers trying to nest in my...

soil Using pine bark in my soil

all of this is true, except, not only are the pine fines fantastic, even the mini nuggets work well, as long as they are not your only aeration in your soil. The only problem is they absorb a lot of nitrogen, so you will have to feed more in the beginning, however this is awesome when you reuse...

I would suggest not using Topsy turvys to grow peppers especially in the desert! You will really have trouble keeping them moist enough, especially as they get bigger!good luck on your grow!

    Fresh Tabasco Peppers?

Tobasco green is made from jalapeƱos, then there is tobasco, tobasco( where the name came from) and now they make a habanero sauce. Huy Fong uses red Serranos for their Sriracha sauce.
