Depends..Some Habs grow pretty small could probably get three in there..I do some of my smaller peppers in planters that are like 10 x 30 two plants per and they do well. You could also grow one pepper set in the center back half and plant some lettuce around it. I did that with my Jalapenos...
First off welcome. I would try to add sweet to it..Agava syrup ,brown sugar or even molasses I know the 357 uses molasses in it..Or even some pureed pineapple or other fruit(Even Juice). And you could always just do a little in a spoon to see if it is what your after..So you don't ruin it all in...
A few pics of my favorite plants over wintering..The four plants are BBG7 MAMP, Carbonero and two 7-Pot Burgundy x CGN21500 one from yellow pod one from red..Under a 400 watt MH running a Hortilux Blue bulb. This year I didn't prune and they transitioned a lot better.
So I give a kid at work some pineapple hot sauce a couple weeks back. He has been raving about it almost everyday since. Today he comes to me and says if I made a batch of Mango he'd buy it. LOL. . Guess my next ferment will be mango.
I do hot brine refrigerator pickles like BDBeatz mentioned a little heavier on sugar.I put thin sliced onion, one superhot thin sliced and 6 cloves of garlic in a half gallon mason jar. They get better after a few days if they last that long.
