    aji dulce's were my best selling pepper at my markets last year... people love them once they know what they are and i'm the only one selling them around here. i'm growing 6 types of seasoning peppers this year- about 300 plants total. aji dulce pimento cheese rules.

    i have plenty of space to grow that many peppers- drying them would seem to be the most problematic aspect. too humid for field drying here... maybe let them dry on the plants which would in turn yield crappy looking pods.

    are you on a well? if not- no testing needed. if so- one test is good for a period of time. i believe they want annual testing for well water here.

    warm up singles event at my course this weekend for the big team event the following week. probably be 50 people or so this week. for the team event it will be 108 with about 20 guys rated over 1000.

    in Virginia drying is equated to processing so must be done in an inspected facilty... this is about to change however in regard to items such as herbs. the bill just passed a week ago so i haven't researched how it impacts peppers, tomatoes, etc as of yet.

    gonna be more stable than those soft magnets... also takes forever to beat in. i like the ridge for throwing though... a little less glide than an aviar with a bit more stability. i was part of vibram's disc tester program for a while.

    i grew some last year, not overly prolific as scorpions go, not much difference in heat or flavor from the "regular" scorpions, pods somewhat smaller in general. not growing this year.
