If you can come up with a good stencil I can give it a shot. The fewer # of small free-floating pieces the easier it is to do. Here's an album of ones I've used in the past: http://imgur.com/a/651Fu#0

Just warning I've only done my own discs in the past but probably have about 80-90% success rate. Sometimes you get leaks or the color doesn't set well. Also after about 6mo to a year or so the edges get just a little blurry & not as crisp. Still looks good just not as good as when its fresh, but aside from hot-stamped or printed designs it's hard to avoid. I'll post some pics of how those discs look now when I get home.

The basic process is I take that stencil, print it out, put it on a home made light box (clear plastic w/ fluorescent tube) & trace it out on contact paper. Then you cut out the design w/ an xacto knife & pick out all the pieces that will be colored in leaving behind the rest. Cover the whole thing in masking tape to hold the image together & then peel off the backing & stick it to the disc. Then you peel off the masking tape, dip it in warmed RIT dye for a bit & hope you didn't have any leaks.

The easiest way to make stencils is with a plotter / vinyl cutter. If anybody happens to have one of those it would make the process 10x easier. Hand cutting the design is the tedious part, everything else is cake.
 
i have slowly got away from my mcrpos, and been putting with a SS magic(and i do like it) but i guy i played with had a MVP soft anode and it was very sticky and soft, i think i'll pick a couple up when i go buy my basket next weekend.
i played a tourney 2 sat ago and with a 101F fever i tied for 4th out of 15 guys, and i am playing a tourney this weekend at center city @ goat hill(supposedly 3rd longest course in US) there are 4-5 par 4s and a 1K' par 5 gonna be a long weeeknd but lots of fun
 
Here's what everything looks like after about 2 years. A little faded & a little blurry but still pretty badass. The clear hard plastics seem to hold the image better than the opaque plastics.

time to revive it! i just picked up some new plastic.....11X KC Pro tee bird, 11X Champ tee bird, 12X champ tee bird, 2 11X frebird, an 11X firbird, anthon destroyer. pictures to come
 
Kid who works for me at the farm won the age 19 and under world championship- he's 16. He brought out a bunch of his new plastic from his new sponsor (Discraft) yesterday for me to fondle.
 
I, on the other hand, haven't played in months...oh well- off to the farmer's market. :)
